  • Depending on the severity of damage:

    • A full PDR repair will take between 3-5 days.

    • A combination PDR & conventional repair between 2-3 weeks.

    • A full conventional repair will take between 4-6 weeks.

  • Please refer to your insurance company for payment options.

  • Contact your insurance company directly to make arrangements for them to organise your hire car.

  • PDR does not affect paint protection.
    If you have had paintwork done as part of your repair, then the paint protection can be reapplied in 6 weeks to those panels only as part of your claim. In order to include paint protection in your claim you will need to provide Wizard admin team with the following:

    • A copy of the valid paint protection certificate.

    • A copy of the valid warranty card.

  • When you drop off your vehicle at your repair appointment, please ensure the vehicle is clean & tidy so that the necessary inspections can be completed. Make sure all valuables including E-tags and garage remotes have been removed from the vehicle. Please ensure if your vehicle has roof racks that you provide the keys at drop off.
