Depending on the severity of damage:

A full PDR repair will take between 1-4 days.

• A combination PDR & conventional repair between 5-10.

• A full conventional repair will take between 14-28 days.

Our team will advise you which category your vehicle repairs will require & it will be noted on your appointment wallet.

If you have not yet paid your excess upon claim lodgement, then Wizard Automotive Systems will collect your payment from you upon completion & delivery of your vehicle. Payment methods are Eftpos, credit (exc Amex & Diners Club), direct deposit and cash.

PDR does not effect paint protection.
If you have had paintwork done as part of your repair, then the paint protection can be reapplied in 6 weeks to those panels only as part of your claim. In order to include paint protection in your claim you will need to provide Wizard admin team with the following:

• A copy of the Valid Paint Protection Certificate.

• A copy of the Valid Warranty card.
